November CFA President’s Corner

The month of October did not disappoint with its made-to-order fall weather, colorful morning walks and evening golf cart rides. Our new Board members are as follows: Denise Hartman, Pres.; Steve Phelps, Vice Pres.; Ellen Smith, Treasurer; Christi Fell, Secretary; Marty Allen and Kevin Lesperance, Members at large. Thank you all for stepping up and contributing your time and energy to serve your community and get some work done. Our community craft sale was a huge success, along with the super fun Trunk or Treat and Ship-shewana. Attached is a brief explanation of Association dues and how to pay. A Board member will be at the Clubhouse every Monday and Friday in the month of November from 11:00am-12:00pm to collect dues, write receipts and answer questions.

Have a great November! God bless. Denise Hartman, CFA President

The RV lot in currently full with about eight people on a waiting list. If you notice an empty spot, that doesn’t mean its available for you to use. Residents that pay for that lot monthly, expect for it to open and available for them when needed. Please contact the office for availability or to be added to wait list.
